HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PRODUCT?
Normally, we would ask customers to wait 1 - 3 business days for the processing and shipping of their orders. Unfortunately, due to the global effects of COVID-19 on our suppliers, we are asking for customer's patience as our processing times have slowed down during this time. Our current estimate on the processing and shipping of your order is between 7-10 days.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, after shipping your product we will send you a tracking code which you can use to track your order. Please check it after 3-5 business days of shipping.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the product was shipped it will be not possible to cancel your order.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. But sometimes it happens. If you receive any damaged item or broken item please write a mail immediately after receiving the package. Also do not forget to mention the order number. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the issue.
